It works, got it mainly to use a Dualshock 4 on my PC, at first I used one of the back USB ports, but the latency was all over the place, placing it on one of the front ports fixed the problem though, I guess that ~60CM difference in distance (and perhaps all the steel and stuff in between) was too much for it to handle.
Just one thing I want to report is that I was shocked to find out the seller sent the items with no padding at all... just in lil ziplock bags inside a simple plastic envelope of sorts, not even bubble wrap... given this are dainty electronic things and they had to endure a gruesome intercontinental trip I think it's all but a miracle that the 2 units I bough arrived in working condition, but hey, they did.

Fast shipping. The device was automatically determined and got drivers on Windows 7. The only thing that strains, is the constant blinking of the blue diode on this adapter-it turned out to be on top. But it depends on the location of the USB port on the laptop. In general, I am happy and recommend.

Works without drivers under Windows 10, tested on Ubuntu but not seen.
Very unstable on Windows 10, several restarts and works randomly. I do not recommend, I put another model.
