However, there was no instruction paper / manual / specification. Had to find out about the switches by internet by looking up 'HW-318'.

Good converter. Gives an error in-0.3V, but it is not critical. The circuit starts with 5V and 40mA, which is ideal for wind turbines and solar panels, is almost not heated at a load of 20 watts. I am pleased, thank the seller.
