Mine are gray on both sides. They're foam, not gel, insoles. The seller's photos are correct (shows foam insoles) but his listing title (gel insoles) isn't. I don't mind that they're not gel insoles though he shouldn't include "gel" in his description for honesty's sake.
These are thin insoles, as I expected based on the photos. Again, the seller's title/description of "orthotics arch support" is not correct.
These insoles are good for women. If you zoom in on my photo, the size markings on the back are #35 to #39.
