The item is a complete counterfeit, for a BMW scanner C310. The display font is so tiny and difficult to see, if your car is an e60 and you input e90 it will still continue to scan. It cannot do an oil service reset, micro filter reset. I am not new to C310, this one is a complete disappointment. If this was my first time buying an item on Aliexpress, I would have stopped finally and made it a duty to discourage any potential customer. I feel so cheated on my money. It is an error to think that you can send any fake item to Nigeria and it would not be identified because we are black. My advice to Aliexpress is to stop doing business with this particular company, they will destroy your reputation. Thanks.
Totally a fake, I expected Aliexpress to favor a Chinese Company regardless of what has transpired in a dispute.

A true rubbish both the seller and the item, the cd that includes updating is of no use the machine stopped working on the same day claim and they gave me less than half of what it cost me not to refer it at all, don't throw the money in this trash.
A real piece of crap broke down the same day and I got half of what it cost me back, what a bunch of thieves, I 've been ripped off. Don't buy any of this brand. Nor this seller because it is misunderstood.

Horrible customer service. Product was guaranteed to be delivered within 7 days from UK but they sent it from China instead and it took 6 weeks. All of my inquiries were ignored and my attempts of cancelation were denied even though I had a right to. Worst seller I ever encountered on Ali.
It is a useful tool for the price. But it is terribly slow.

Excellent little unit, having had the earlier version c310 v7 software I knew what to expect. this one is a later version of software, and the one issue I had with the earlier, was that you have to select the car each time.
This one automatically selects the car and runs the scan, so saves a lot of clicking each time.

Product is as described, but seller advertised that it will be shipped from UK within 2-5 days. That was not true, actually it was shipped from China and I had to wait for almost a month. + I had to pay custom fees because it was not shipped from within EU as expected.

Product itself is very good. Unfortunately my car couldn't be read is what I got on the screen.
Even after I updated the C310 myself.
My car is an E46 320ci made in 2000. I thought it should've been okay for my car.
Anyone any suggestions?

Received in the Netherlands after only 13 days. Excellent CAN bus scanner for BMW. Draws only 90 mA at 12 Volt. Software version V11.0 Works fine with my BMW E46 M3 Cabriolet of 2002. Scanner and seller are recommended.

There is no communication possible with dataport under dashboard. Only communication with 20 PINS (you need a adaptor) dataport in motor compartiment.
