Batteries and Charger received them in about a month (Mariupol, Ukraine). Voltage at the beginning of 3.6v, after charge 2.5v. On charging there are LEDs for the indication of the end of the charge. The work uses multimeters and showed itself well, certainly allow you to save on batteries.
