Started to charge at 4 amps, though it is declared to be 5 amp charger. After 6 minutes it stopped charging. Charging current 0.12amps, voltage 13.76V. Does not start charging any more even when disconnected / connected, switched on / off. The device is not working.

Ordered 09.09.2021, arrived at 5post issue point 25.09.2021G. In St. Petersburg. The goods look quality, 2 times used. The only thing is noisy when in work, so do not put a bedroom in the room for the night.
