I got a 16” closure with 3 bundles (18, 20,22”). Opened the 20” bundle already to use for a quick ponytail and the hair is super soft! Washed, conditioned and let it air dry after unpacking and it still maintained same softness, no tangles and no fuss. My natural hair is only blow dried and blends well enough for me without straightening my hair or the bundles. overall, very pleased with product and the service
