VERY POOR QUALITY BATTERY and VERY POOR QUALITY SELLER.
My battery arrived with one defective cell group and this causes battery to stop charging at 53v and shut down on discharge at 44v. The bad cell group has defective cells cauing it to charge and discharge more quickly than the rest of the pack. When defective cell reaches over charge protection of 4.20v this stops the entire pack from charging and all other groups are at 4.0v. Similarly this happens on discharge as well as defective cell reaches discharge cut off before other groups and shuts battery off at 44v.
I contact seller and ask for solution and there was no reply. I open dispute and seller did not reply. I provide video and seller did not reply. Aliexpress offer 50% refund and now I have dispute with Mastercard for remaining 50% of cost. Aliexpress is also fraud as they claim receive item as described or receive a refund.
ALIEXPRESS and LIITOKALA are LIARS and CHEATERS selling GARBAGE!
