I never received an order. Paid for May 14th. Since June 13, status: "arrived in the country of destination, waiting for customs clearance." On June 30, I wrote to the seller "where is my order?", to which I received: "Your parcel was sent from customs to the local post office, you can expect it to arrive in the near future." and it will be extended. Until July 26, I regularly bored the seller. When I began to threaten the opening of the dispute, I received in response: "Could you wait a few more days? If you still have not received this parcel in 15 days, please contact us again." Only on 29 July was it possible to open a dispute, which I finally did. So this bastard still refused me a good money to return. Sent again: "Your parcel was sent from customs to the local post office, you can expect it to arrive soon." That was his big mistake!! I put in a dispute the screen of this message of a month ago)) money, fortunately, returned.
