Avoid this seller at all costs. I left clear order notes that the part I was ordering was 00HT371 which the seller is advertising on their selling page, I said if that item is not available cancel the order, the seller did not cancel the order and sent me the wrong FRU, the reason I made this clear is so the seller would not make this mistake, they have sent me FRU with Yes - Dock, Yes - AMT but No - TPM. FRU 00HT371 is for Yes - Dock, No - AMT & Yes - TPM. The FRU seller sent me does not have TPM. My customer is furious after waiting close to 3 months for this repair, my customer needs TPM which is why I asked for FRU 00HT371 and nothing else. The seller is dismissing my messages and hasnt responded to me in close to 2 months to sort this out, im now not able to dispute this because its past 15 days while i waited for a response from the seller.
