Please see the photos below. The hair is synthetic and they did nothing to assist me. A waste of my money. I ordered a free part closure and was sent a middle part. The bundles were shiny and JET BLACK. If I could show all the screen shots I would. They told me to go to a professional in which I am. Said that natural hair is black. The closure and the bundles were two different colors. Very bad customer service. KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

The hair was nice and as expected , I love this company but this time it was a huge inconvenience. I chose for the hair to be shipped from a US warehouse so that there’s no Customs Drama and to insure that I would get my and my moms hair on time . After I messaged them I’m blocked from sending messages. Highly Disappointed
