Top marks for the store, really!
Not so for the grip. As it turns out the top part is a full-plastic piece. Although it is comfortable to hold, but still feels very flimsy. The grip and the base just don't feel to be a single solid unit.
One can see through between the two pieces. No, they are not loose at all, It's enough to gently push the top end of the grip outward. The plastic piece seems very soft. I managed to scratch it while unpacking. The plastic and the aluminum pieces don't even look the same.
The very reason I chose this one is the indentation on the grip that helps holding the camera for a long time conveniently. But the only thing I am holding this way is the plastic piece which is not securely attached to the camera.
I am very disappointed. Why can't SmallRIg do this properly like other makers?

Small Rig's product is good for precision.
In the uploaded LP1 photo, I felt a little small and a little sharp on the red line, so I trimmed it with a knife.
The grip is the abs plastic.
It's a good accessory to enhance the grip of X-T4.
I wish there were accessories that could exchange the grip for aluminum or wood.

The xt-4 grip is really small so having this helps to improve the grip and comfort, especially if working with bigger lenses
